Our mission at the CRST Cannabis Control Corporation is to regulate and oversee the safe, responsible, and sustainable development of cannabis within the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, grounded in our Lakota values of stewardship and respect for the land. We are dedicated to ensuring that cannabis products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while fostering economic growth and protecting the health and well-being of our community. As stewards of the land, we are committed to promoting education, transparency, and relations with Unci Maka in alignment with our cultural values and traditions.

Can I use cannbis in public?
No cannabis use in public unless at a licensed consumption space.
What are my rights?
Medical and recreational cannabis use is decriminalized under Tribal law if used in
compliance with CRST Ordinances
Tribal members may apply for cultivation, manufacturing, or retail licenses through the
CRST Cannabis Control Corporation.
Are there any restrictions on the use of medical marijuana?
Yes, marijuana is only to be used for medical purposes as prescribed by a physician. The possession, use, and distribution of marijuana are regulated and must comply with the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe’s laws and guidelines.
